This case study focuses on redesigning the flight search and header of the Emirates Airlines website to improve usability and clarity in the booking process.
Through user research and competitive analysis, I identified key issues like confusing trip selection, lack of destination suggestions, and a cluttered layout.
My redesign introduced clear trip options, auto suggestions, simplified layouts, and stronger calls to action all while maintaining Emirates’ premium brand identity. The result is a faster, cleaner, and more intuitive experience that builds user confidence and makes booking easier.
